Stage Four
Quick, Effective & Straightforward Debt Recovery
Following Stage 3 (entering Judgment), if the Debtor has still not paid the Judgment amount within the timescale specified by the Court, you can proceed to Stage 4. For more on what's involved at Stage 4, please click here.
Dependent on the Judgment amount, we can instruct either a County Court Bailiff or a High Court Enforcement Officer. Our specialist debt recovery lawyers can also advise on other options that may be available to you for recovering your debt.
For debts less than £600, we can issue a warrant of execution using a County Court Bailiff.
For debts over £600, a High Court Enforcement Officer must normally be instructed to enforce your Judgment.
The cost will depend on the amount specified in your Judgment.
