Debt Collection Letter
Quick, Effective & Straightforward Debt Collection for Undisputed Debts up to £25,000
The first stage to recover your debt is to send a solicitor's debt collection letter which will demand payment within 14 days - a Letter Before Action. For more on what's involved at Stage 1, please click here.
We can send a Letter Before Action on your behalf for only £2 plus VAT.
Once we receive your order we will issue a Letter Before Action within 24 business hours, demanding payment of the overdue invoices. Payment for the debt collection letter service is taken online via credit/debit card.
Debt Letters
Our debt letters can be written to either individuals or to businesses and have proven to be a successful method for collecting debts on most occasions.
Businesses with commercial debts
If your terms and conditions specify that you are able to charge interest on your unpaid debts, you may be entitled to charge interest at 8% above bank base rate on overdue sums under The Late Payment of Commercial Debt Regulations 2002. You will also be entitled to compensation depending on the amount of debt outstanding. When drafting your Letter Before Action, we will ensure that all applicable interest and compensation is applied to the debt amount.
