Can I buy more than one webpack at a time?
Yes. We offer a 10% discount for purchase of a second webpack, and a further 10% discount for any further packs purchased at the same time.

I’ve read the pack and will need advice, but not for a few weeks?
Not a problem. We realise that sometimes problems will only arise some time after you purchase the pack, which is why we have made advice available for 90 days after purchase.

I may need more than 30 minute’s advice. What do I do?
Our experience shows that the majority of queries can be dealt with within the 30 minutes advice. If it is clear that you could benefit from further advice then we can discuss with you a fixed price for additional time. We are experienced in assessing how much time you need and can advise accordingly. Alternatively we can discuss with you movement to anannual helpline which can then deal with a whole range of issues for a year for one annual fee. For further information click here.

What else do you do for a fixed price?
Employment advice can cover a wide range of situations. If you ring Susan Venables or John Palmer on +44 (0)116 257 4407, we can discuss your requirements and see if we can give you a fixed price quote for a specific service. If we can we will.

Is it worth having employment insurance?
Only you can decide. We work with a highly successful broker to provide our clients with employment insurance tailored to their specific business needs. Some clients think insurance cover is essential to ensure they are not responsible for the costs of a highly expensive claim; others feel that if they get sound professional advice in the first place then the risk of getting a claim which is worth insuring is minimal. I don’t see a webpack on what I need. Do you have any other packs?
We are always working on new webpacks. If you can’t see what you want on our website, ring us on 0116 2574407 to see what other packs we can offer.

You offer Harvey Enterprise as a three year deal. Can I have the service for a longer or shorter period?
Yes. We set three years as this is the most popular option but can agree a service for anything from 1 year upwards. Just ask.

When I ask for advice will I get through to a call centre?
We don’t have a call centre and we don’t outsource your calls to third parties. All calls are answered by staff within the Harvey Ingram employment team. Real faces, real people.

Are the people who give the advice solicitors?
We are a mixture of qualified solicitors and experienced human resource professionals, and we can ensure you get the right advice for your specific query. For some queries only an experienced employment solicitor will do and we will ensure a solicitor will advise you. For many other queries an experienced HR practitioner will probably have significantly more experience on the practicalities of the matter. We will ensure you get the right person for the right problem

What fee do you take for providing insurance?
We don’t take any money from providing insurance. We take no introduction fees or commission. We provide the helpline service that you must use in association with your insurance in order to validate any claim under the policy.
